APPLICATION AREA
Apple puree, canned aseptically, is a semi-finished product and is intended for use in the production of juice products, food products for baby food, as well as in various branches of the food industry.


PACKAGING
Apple puree, packed in metal barrels with a lid in a multilayer aseptic bag. To prevent damage to the aseptic bag, an additional polyethylene bag is used.

APPEARANCE AND CONSISTENCY
Homogeneous puree-like flowing mass without particles, fibers, skin, seeds, stalks and leaves.

TASTE AND SMELL
Well defined, characteristic of cooked apples.

CONSISTENCY
Puree-like, flowing mass. Slight flaking of the liquid is allowed.
