APPLICATION AREA
Recommended for use as a filling for bakery and confectionery products before heat treatment (baking): from butter dough (in pies, open and closed pies, buns), from puff pastry (in puffs, strudels), from yeast dough (in pies, open and closed pies), shortcrust pastry, as well as quick-frozen products.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES
In the process of heat treatment, it does not melt, does not boil, does not dry out, evenly fills the inner cavity of the product, retains its original color, aroma, and glossy surface. When baking, there is no diffusion of moisture from the filling into the dough. Has a rich natural fruit and berry flavor.
